- FTP into /Applications/MobileSlidesShow.app
- Find Info.plist and open it in any text editor
- Find the key "UIRoleInfo" under "Platforms", change M68 to N45
- Now look under the second "Platforms", change N45 to M68
- Restart you iPod, and you should see the Camera app
- Use Camera roll; use screen shot application called capture in the installer, and it saves pictures to the camera roll

Yeah, I got an iPod Touch!
The battery in my 3rd generation iPod had been replaced as part of a class action lawsuit settlement, but it still does not last very long. So, yesterday I bought an iPod Touch. Hurray!
