Making time to relax is essential to enjoying life and being at your best when you are "working". Make time to organize your thoughts and todo lists. Use Getting Things Done (GTD) and the like. Cold tofu-based lunch for a hot day

• 1/2 half red bell pepper chopped 
• 1 fresh jalapeño pepper, chopped
• 2 T fresh cilantro chopped or 1T cilantro cooking base
• 2-3 handfuls of mung or soybean bean sprouts
• 4-6 oz tofu, med, firm or fried, cubed
• 1/2 c sliced pickled carrots
• 1-2 T Hoisin bean sauce
• 1 T Chili Paste With Garlic

 

Chop, cube, combine ingredients.
