how to evaluate microblogs, like Plurk, Pownce, Twitter, Jaiku, Plazes

Can someone come up with a plan of how to evaluate microblogs, like Plurk, Pownce, Twitter, Jaiku, Plazes? How about a pack? Is there a Google Group for microblogs?

The value comes from those who participate. Just as one great person can create a blog that adds a tremendous amount of value, hundreds of very good people can create a great social network. The problem comes from the noise that crowds create.

Beyond that, you'd have to give points for functionality (i.e., ease of use, uptime, API, etc.) and flexibility (i.e., mobility, tools, etc.).

Just found out about hellotxt.com - Twitter, Jaiku, Pownce, Tumblr, Meemi, Beemood, GoZub, Frazr, Numpa, Facebook, Plaxo, Plurk. "HelloTxt is an aggregate of microblogging services through which the user can insert their messages on all main microblogging services in a simply and simultaneous way"
