updating my status in multiple places is easy with ping.fm - I am liking it.
Now TwitterFox is working. Patience was all that it took.
I wonder why TwitterFox is not yet working on my new laptop, from both Firefox and Flock.

Being a fan of Zoho apps, I was glad to read that they offer offline capabilities

"Zoho is now offering offline apps, beginning with Zoho Writer. Later I edit it on the plane, hoping I get wifi in my hotel room. They built their offline capability with open source code from Google Gears. When you go back online, data is synchronized."

Rocky introduction/welcome to Wikipedia

Recently I was motivated to contribute to Wikipedia. I made some updates, and was told:

1. Not to add duplicate information
2. "links to Facebook, YouTube, MySpace and Livejournal sites is perhaps a little more information than the average joe needs."
3. "You don't seem to have been given a proper welcome yet, so here it is:

Welcome...

Hello, Eric.k.herberholz, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions"

This third one, made me feel welcome, and I want to thank the author. Now, I'll need to figure out how to communicate with him. :-)

Sadly, I read "TwitKu service to end May 15"

Sadly, I read "TwitKu service to end May 15. Sorry folks, but I just cannot devote the time, money and energy to this project any longer. It was fun while it lasted."

I use Twitku a lot! I, for one, will be sorry to see it go. Anyone else feel this way? Any ideas of how to save it? Any alternatives?

Ready for a woman or a black president?

In Larry King's interview with Jon Stewart, Larry brought up the subject of the primaries & asked him if America was ready for a woman or a black president. Jon looked at him quizzically & said, 'This is such a non-question.  Did anyone ask us in 2000 if Americans were ready for a moron?'
